This specimen is a cluster of light blue quartz crystals that grow from a darker matrix. The transparent quartz crystals, with shiny faces, are tinted turquoise by shattuckite inclusions, giving them an intense, uniform color. Light reflects off the numerous crystal faces, creating sparkling highlights, and their size varies, with larger forms visible deeper within the specimen. At the bottom of the specimen, beneath the layer of crystals, a dark brown matrix with turquoise and rusty discolorations is visible. Main features: shattuckite inclusions; varied size of quartz crystals; contrast between bright crystals and dark matrix. Condition: Very good, with no visible mechanical damage.
