Care and storage

## Cleaning Flagstaffite is extremely delicate, soft, and soluble in alcohol. It should not be cleaned wet. Any contaminants, such as dust, can only be removed very carefully using a soft brush or a stream of compressed air from a distance. ## What to Avoid Contact with water, alcohol, organic solvents, and all chemicals must be strictly avoided. The mineral is sensitive to heat and can melt at low temperatures (below 100°C), so it should be protected from heat sources and direct sunlight, which could warm it.
